HBO’s Gossip Girl reboot had a bit of a bumpy start, but in the end, it managed to find the right mix of nostalgia, tea-sipping drama, and eye-catching styles and entice us enough to come back for another round. So, the “teens” of Gossip Girl have returned to the Met steps for season two and, once again, the uniform code is being (mostly) ignored, the preppy accessories are out in full force, and the school bags of choice are pricy.

When we return to the Upper East Side on December 1st, we will be greeted by the same faces from last season, as well as someone from the show’s past. HBO just revealed Michelle Trachtenberg is returning as Georgina Sparks from the original series. Last year, we met her son Milo, but now, it’s mom’s turn to play. “What she brought to the original series was anarchy,” showrunner Joshua Safran told Teen Vogue. “She’s an anarchist. She’ll just do anything and just for any reason she decides. So we brought that energy to the first show, and then we brought that energy back to this one. She’s the same, and that’s what I think is so fun, that Michelle is older, we’re all older, Georgina is older yet has the exact same energy. She’s out of time.”

As for the rest of the cast, Safran promises they’ll play more into the tropes we loved about the original show. “There are catfights, and people get pushed into a fountain,” he promised.

Luckily, we don’t have to wait too long to be reunited with Georgina, TV’s favorite polyamorous relationship, and some questionable teacher behavior. In the meantime, check out all the must see looks from Gossip Girl season two, and find out how to add them to your own closet.

Georgina is back, and if her accessories are any indication, she means business. Michelle Trachtenberg is seen here in a velvet long-sleeve dress with a spiked silver clutch featuring a skull ring handle.

Looks like the students of Constance Billard are still blatantly ignoring the uniform code. Here, we see everyone’s take on the school staples, including Julien who paired a blue wool coat and ivory turtleneck sweater with a Stella McCartney Frayme bag.

Spotted: complicated couple Audrey and Aki chat on the sidewalk in coordinating looks. Evan Mock is a street style star in a red Undercover sweatshirt with jacquard jeans from Casablanca and black Amiri sneakers while Emily Alyn Lind goes for more a Parisian look. The actress wore straight-leg jeans, a striped shirt, and a cheetah print scarf around her neck. She then accessorized with a red patent leather By Far bag and Veronica Beard platforms.

It seems like Jordan Alexander’s Julien may have a new man in her life. The actress was spotted filming scenes with actor Jarvis Tomdio—who wore a Ted Baker jacket—and looking very smitten while doing so. Alexander, meanwhile, wore a faux shearling coat from Unreal Fur, and ivory leather knee-high boots from Larroudé while carrying a Poppy Lissiman bag.
