Sebastian Bear-McClard is out at his own company amid Emily Ratajkowski divorce

Was it a case of Ratajkowski off a sinking ship?

Page Six has learned that around the same time Emily Ratajkowski decided to divorce her soon-to-be ex-husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, he was canned from his own company for alleged “complaints about his behavior.”

Bear-McClard denies that he’s been fired, and tells Page Six that he’s taken some time off to take care of his sick mother.

A source tells us that the “Uncut Gems,” producer was, er, cut from Elara Pictures, which he helped found, last month.

Bear-McClard, 41, launched the company in 2014 with Josh and Benny Safdie and producer Oscar Boyson.

In July, Page Six exclusively reported that the model was divorcing the “Good Time” producer after he allegedly cheated on her.

“Yeah, he cheated,” the source told Page Six. “He’s a serial cheater. It’s gross. He’s a dog.”

Ratajkowski, 31, seemed to confirm the report by liking tweets about Bear-McClard’s infidelity.

“Can’t believe that little bitch cheated on emrata,” read one succinct tweet that got love from the EmRata herself.

The pair were married in February 2018 after having been friends for a while but only dating for two weeks.

They welcomed son Sylvester in March 2021.

Sources previously told Page Six that Bear-McClard has been “begging her to give him another chance.”

But that it’s “not going to happen because she did her own digging and discovered even more s–t he did behind her back.”

Elara declined to comment on Bear-McClard’s termination, but sources familiar confirmed he was given the heave-ho.

Bear-McClard tells us, “I’m an owner of the company, I’m not an employee. I’m taking some time off from work to deal with my mother’s health and the well being of my family.”
